A healthy balance
Hi there this is a blog about my new attempt at achieving a healthy balance in my diet. I love cooking and food in general! There are so many sites and blogs aimed at going vegan, going raw, cutting out all sugar etc!. My aim is to provide something for those that want to eat healthily without any outright restrictions and rules. All things in moderation or something like that!
